Steve Creighton was first licensed in 1989 and has enjoyed a career sales, rental and strata management in Greater Vancouver and residential and commercial leasing in Hong Kong for 3 years.  Steve has been responsible for literally 10’s of thousands of units of multi-family rental and strata buildings in the Lower Mainland, highrise, lowrise and townhomes during a career with leading international real estate companies and a prominent local developer.  Steve launched Creighton and Associates Realty in 2006 to offer a higher level of personalized service to his many clients.

Eugen has over 8 years experience in property management. His main responsibilities are client liaison, day to day property management activity and service delivery to a variety of international clients. Eugen prior joining Creighton & Associates was responsible for creating and developing the Property Management department at King Sturge Romania and Building Support Services Romania, working directly with important North American and European Clients as: Heitman, Europolis, WestHill, Morley Aviva, Valad, Bluehouse. He has under direct management more than a million sqm of retail, office and logistic properties and coordonated a team of 6 Property Managers, 4 Financial controllers and auxiliary staff.

In Canada, working as a Property Manager for Arcturus Realty Corp, he was in charge of managing all facets of the daily operations of four properties, shopping enclosed Malls totalling 500,000 square feet located in Chilliwack, 100 Mile House, Smithers and Terrace, British Columbia for Retrocom Mid-Market REIT. He is a Member of International Council of Shopping Centers and BC Real Estate Council.

Betty Magnusson, LL.B. - Lease Administrator and Office Manager

Betty joined Creighton and Associates Realty with a track record of 15 year in lease administration, preparing and abstracting lease documentation as well as 6 years of real estate sales and leasing.  Betty was first licensed in 1986.  Betty received her BA in Economics at the University of Western Ontario and her LL.B. Law degree from the University of British Columbia.
